The ADuM4195 are isolation amplifiers based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. The ADuM4195 have very low offset and gain error, making them ideal for many isolated voltage sensing applications.
Unlike optocoupler-based solutions, which have an uncertain current transfer ratio over lifetime and at high temperatures, the ADuM4195 transfer functions do not change over lifetime, and are stable over a wide temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
Included in the ADuM4195 are wideband operational amplifiers useful for a variety of commonly used applications, and two high accuracy 2.5 V references outputs.
The ADuM4195 is packaged in a 16-lead wide-body SOIC package with increased creepage for a 5000 V rms isolation voltage rating according to UL1577.
