The MAX16158 are ultra-low-current, single-channel supervisory ICs that monitor the V_CC voltage from 1.7V to 4.85V in approximately 50mV increments and asserts a reset when V_CC voltage falls below the reset threshold. The reset output remains asserted for the reset timeout period after the V_CC voltage rises above the factory-set V_{CC_TH} + V_HYS. See the Selector Guide for available reset timeout options.

The MAX16158 include a factory-programmable manual reset input (MR) that can be configured to assert a reset when it receives a rising-edge, falling-edge, active-low, or active-high input signal. The MAX16158 feature a push-pull reset output. See the Selector Guide for reset output configurations.

The MAX16158 are specified over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range. The MAX16158 available in a tiny 0.73mm x 0.73mm x 0.5mm, 4-bump WLP.
